Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, as each item is made specifically for you.

🔁 Replacement Policy

We only offer replacement under the following condition:

• The product is damaged or broken during shipping.

📹 Proof Requirement

To request a replacement, you must provide:

• A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened

• The video must clearly show the damage to the product

• The video should be recorded from the beginning of opening the package (without cuts or edits)

⏳ Replacement Request Timeline

• You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Requests made after this period may not be accepted

⚠️ Important Notes

• Minor color variations may occur due to printing and screen differences and are not considered defects

• Replacement will only be approved after verification of the video proof
